Beyond its communication-driven local multiplayer, what makes The Conjurers special as a project is how the game was designed using analog means (cards, dice etc.) to rapidly prototype gameplay and determine how game rules may affect the social dynamic of players without having to write a single line of code.

As the project lead and game designer of The Conjurers, my tasks in this project involved:

Leading the team, organizing and moderating meetings, distributing tasks and handling project presentations,
• Designing and iterating on game rules based on rapid analog prototypes and playtests,
• Designing and balancing well-synergized player abilities and equipment,
• Designing unique minigames for turn-based spellcasting,
• Designing a two-stage boss fight requiring intense collaboration between 4 players,
• Designing and animating the game's user interface using Illustrator and After Effects.
